My friend John and I were staying with a friend in NY for a week and crammed in seeing as many sights (and visiting as many bars as possible in the 7 days). On the day we visited the WTC it was too windy to go out on the open observation deck, so we had to content ourselves with seeing out across NY from the interior area on one of the uppermost floors.
