As a guide, I was in the WTC and on top almost daily. I knew many, many people there. Some survived, many did not, depending on the circumstances. My last time to the top was on Sept. 9, 2001 when I took a group of British tourists to the top for Sunday brunch and later that evening I took another group to the top for cocktails.
On the morning of 9/11 I was leading a small group around on a walking tour when we witnessed the entire thing from the downtown Manhattan streets […] It’s still emotional to go down there daily but it’s part of my job.
